Why Apple Cider Vinegar?
In support of my intermittent fasting regimen, I’m drinking a daily morning cocktail of 3 oz. water, 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (ACV), juice of 1/2 lemon or one lime, 1/2 tsp cream of tartar and a dash of pink sea salt.
